MOVE WELL FOR A LIFETIME

I've been practicing yoga for over a decade and teaching since 2016. In 2019, I was practicing vinyasa yoga multiple times a week.

Unfortunately, one day in class I strained my hamstring tendon during the execution of a pose. My injury became chronic, and I was unable to practice for months. In my search for answers, I found Lara Heimann, physical therapist and founder of LYT Yoga Method. I began practicing with her and learning from her, and my chronic pain disappeared. I quickly devoured everything the LYT Method had to offer, and my experience inspired me to help others find their personal power and potential.

Regardless of whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, if you have suffered chronic pain or injury, I am here to help you learn to move well in your body.

ABOUT ME


Throughout my life, I've enjoyed many types of movement. From gymnastics and softball as a child to running marathons and doing strength training as an adult. When I first discovered yoga in college, I thought of it as "just stretching." Later during a difficult personal time in my life, I rediscovered yoga and found it had a lot more to offer than just stretching.

Yoga gave me the tools to connect to my body, and I have a passion for helping others develop those same tools.

I've been teaching core-based vinyasa classes at Barefoot Studio in Little Rock, Arkansas, since 2016. After completion of my first yoga teacher training, I found the LYT Yoga Method and completed both Level 1 and Level 2 teacher trainings under Lara Heimann, founder and physical therapist. I am registered to teach yoga through Yoga Alliance.
